When my husband and I started going to this location we have had NOTHING but problems… various problems , worst customer service and I keep trying to let them get better and they don’t! The only time they try to resolve issues is when you hold their hand. AWFUL PHARMACY- cannot wait to change .. my husband went to Cosco and no issues for 4 months now .. night and day experience .

I called to ask for a prescription to be filled and was told I had no insurance. I'm disabled and knew this couldn't be right. But, the women was unconcerned and told me to call my insurance, on a Saturday.. This script I can't be without. Called back and spoke with Wendy, then a Beth. After 5 minutes of her time, she fixed the problem. Thank you Beth! You are an Amazing employee and Wegmans should be proud to have you!!!

Wegmans had well over a month to provide me with my prescription. They told me I couldn’t have it until seven days before the procedure and said they would notify me the seven days before .five days before the procedure They still hadn’t notified me I contacted them and they said it would be ready by three that day and then contacted me and said that the prescription wasn’t available and I would have to go elsewhere for the prescription.

Unfortunately we are stuck with this pharmacy for 2 of my son's medications because no one else compounds.1. They are extremely slow. There’s usually twice as many people working than there are people waiting for meds, yet they apparently don’t have time to come to the counter or answer the phone. It’s regularly a 10 minute wait minimum for them just to get to you.2. Many of them are uneducated. I’ve had some not comprehend how insurance works or what insurance numbers are (claiming i should have a new insurance number/new card, the number is different from the IDN etc, when it’s not different or new they just apparently never put the number in the system), I’ve had some not understand that different meds expire at different rates (ex: they try to talk me out of picking up a couple days before we’re totally out of the med, claiming the med expires 30 days after making it when the one in question actually doesn’t expire for 2 months), I’ve had some not understand billing (his meds are supposed to come with flavoring as part of what is billed to insurance, most know this but TWICE we’ve been billed for the flavoring and told we just got lucky the previous times), and we’ve had some not understand how the flavoring works (they can do quadruple+ doses of the flavoring and many pharmacists do, but we’ve had a couple claim that wasn’t possible).3. I’ve now had 3 encounters with them that the staff was rude. This time a girl transferred me to someone else and apparently claimed I was yelling at her lmfao. I never raised my voice, I simply sternly for the 10th time told her the insurance number was the same as what they already had. She apparently couldn’t handle that. They should probably hire people who are educated and also have a backbone ?

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to and I'm 47 and been on meds since I was 19. I've learned new ways that things can get messed up, previously unknown to me, so I do feel like I understand the medication filling process better at least.

As far as Wegmans go it's one is fine and pretty average. It's sibling down the road has a superior beer center so we tend to go there more than this one.

Oh Wegmans... how I want to enjoy shopping here. Selection is adequate. Location is great. Prices.... Horrible. Glad that it's local and try to support local but...looking forward to Whole Foods arrival

Long lines..when you're waiting for a prescription to be filled..you have to make the long line again..for you to receive the medication..I can understand the waiting for it to be filled...but why do I have to stand in line again??!!

Somewhat a good pharmacy, I do agree with the slowness and that there's times they're out of meds for prescriptions made days in advance. They also close WAY too early on weekends. After 3 hours at urgent care, we got to the pharmacy and they were closed, they need to consider this and always be open until 9.

I used to come to this location when I lived in the area. Stopped here recently to grab some road trip snacks before heading back to TX. Wegman's is definitely one of those gem grocery stores. The only downside we noticed is that their prices have risen DRASTICALLY... even since being here 2 years ago. Workers I talked to were super friendly and helpful. Was able to grab our Zweigles, Salt potatoes and other "Rochester NY essentials" to take back to TX.

Always so Many choices to choose from but I often find other places like Aldi's cheaper for the same product. It is a good store for finding things would you know exactly what you want like corn beef. But I think they could definitely lower their prices for being such a monopoly in Rochester!

They insult in ear listening distance, gossip and laugh amongst themselves about the customers picking up medications to save their lives. Both a pharmacist and cashier. This store needs to hire a completely new staff. Appalled, hurt, devastated, humiliated, shocked at the presentation for lack of education.

Be careful with getting your prescriptions from this pharmacy, especially when Amy is working (the manager). Medication is going missing from people who are very sick! Amy said she would look at the cameras at the end of the week to see who stole over 60 scheduled class 1 narcotic pills from a cancer patient. Since when does it take a whole week to investigate a federal crime? JUST A WARNING!! Have them count out your prescriptions in front of you before you leave!
