My first (and last) visit to this establishment was prompted by a ValPak coupon offering 20% off "any wine purchase." I grabbed five bottles, went to check out and handed over the coupon. The guy at check out said, "The system isn't showing any discounts. Are these wines on sale?" I said, "I don't know, I just grabbed them off the shelves. Besides , the coupon says "any" wines, so what difference does it make?" He said, "Well, the system isn't discounting them, so they must already be on sale." All this over a measly 20 bucks. They should change their name to "Over the Edge."

Worst liquor store experience I have ever had. I am a bourbon enthusiast, so I frequent local stores to check for unique bottles. I entered the store on a Wednesday evening and browsed their bourbon shelves for several minutes. After getting disappointed by the selection, I turned for the door, but was quickly called back by the grumpy counter clerk who was already engaged with another customers. He demanded that I empty my pockets as if to accuse me of stealing from the store. I have never been taken so off guard by a local small business. Local liquor stores are usually hard to beat with good allocates bottle selection and exceptional customer service, but this business disappointed big time on selection, and provided beyond offensive customer service. I will gladly continue to give my business to Webster Central Liquor and the Liquor Cabinet in Williamson. It will be a cold day in hell that I ever set foot in this store again!

Brought my Girl friend in to different shops around town take a look at the different selections there are. When asked if we needed any help employee did not know anything about a popular local cider and was rather short, as we were kind to him. As we left we Wished him a nice day and in retuned was stopped at our car and asked to empty our pockets. Never have been more ashamed of a local business and based on the prices who's really trying to steal from who?

It was my first time in this store and I have never been treated more rudely. The guy working made some rude and awkward comments regarding my ID and totally made me feel awful. I will never go in there again.
