We dropped my just under 2 year old son off for his first day today. We returned 4 hours later to learn that another child had bitten him TWICE. The staff is obviously not competent enough to care for children. They also don’t have any cameras so they can’t be held accountable. I will never bring my child here and you shouldn’t either.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE . This daycare from the very beginning was an issue for me . Initally it took about 3 weeks before someone got back to me regarding my child to start attending there . Then once my child began going to the center they told me after a week it "wasn't a good fit" for my child . My child has some sensory needs that they said they couldn't work with after they met my child. But during my tour I was told they work with every child regardless of special needs or not. Aside from my child being kicked out only after 7 days the teachers said things like "kids like that" and "kids that come from families like those". I get help with daycare assistance being a single mom but they made me feel like that "assistance" mom from the beginning with their judge mental comments. Behind the scenes was me working day and night 60 hour weeks and working on my masters degree defeated everyday every time I would get a phone call regarding my child . The last straw for me was when my other child began having unexplained behaviors that I've never seen before until they started attending this center . The aggression got worse and eventually they said my other child couldn't attend because of "behavior" when the reality was that there was an open investigation about how the teachers were being aggressive with my child during a meltdown . All in all the regional manager is AMAZING , other than that I do not recommend sending your children here .

From the start, the team at Webster KinderCare has treated us like family. The director and teachers always listen to any concerns we may have and act accordingly. We trust our son to their care without a second thought. The growth we have seen from the first day he was enrolled is amazing, and the skills of the teachers and the curriculum make this possible. We couldn’t be more grateful for this amazing team, thank you!

I absolutely love this school! The Staff is always welcoming and ready to answer any questions! My son has been going to Kindercare for 5 years..he started at the Penfield location. and moved to Webster when he started kindergarten. He loves it and has learned so much!! He is scoring above grade level in all areas and I owe it to the great teachers he has had at Kindercare! His current teacher...Mr. Mike is awesome!! He made my sons transition from Penfield to Webster a smooth one. He didnt want to leave teachers and friends he had known for 4 years! He loved Mr. Mike from day 1! I highly recommend this school!

Initially I was hesitant to change child care centers but now I'm sorry we didn't do it sooner. Our son is 16 months old. He's surrounded by children that are developing at the same pace as him because they break the infant rooms up into age groups. He is thriving and we couldn't be happier. KinderCare has provided outstanding care and this has enabled us to go to work feeling like our child is in the right hands.

My son went to Kindercare from 3mo-2yrs old. We originally chose this facility because of its bright, clean spaces, the fact that the teachers were mixed in age, and the outlined curriculum. None of these things disappointed. The teachers are amazing. I say they're a part of my family, because they are! My son loves and trusts them and they've been his personal champions as he dealt with developmental issues. We'd planned to keep him there until pre-k and eventually kindergarten.Things have gone downhill in the last year, however. Sicknesses are more frequent, my son comes home with bite marks more often than not, and communication has dropped severely. I understand that toddlers act out in frustration and communication, but management has got to understand that redirection is not an effective tool with this matter- consequences must be shown if only isolation for a short time. It is now becoming learned behavior. My son came home with a bite mark on his CHEEK, with drag marks, which turned purple and lingered for days. It was unprovoked, a game of "kissing" that went aggressive. WHAT??The thing that turned my husband and I off of Kindercare were the drastic rate changes. We were informed four weeks ago that our tuition would be increasing by $65 a week. PER WEEK. For one child. We were told that as he moved into older/more independent age groups/rooms, the rates would go down. This has never happened, always more, every time. This was supposedly done as part of an area study, but they are absolutely at the highest end of the daycare rate spectrum for this area. They offer extra classes for basic math skills at a premium, as well (these things should be a tenet of the curriculum.) It is a clear money grab that hurts only the children. It was clear what the priority was as we left on my sons last day, as I and every teacher he's ever had there cried because we were priced out of his daytime home by corporate greed rather than valued as involved and caring parents and ultimately customers. We now have to transition him from a place that he loved. They absolutely should have grandfathered those who were already attending in to current, or at least reasonable pricing, but now we all have to go somewhere new and at the end of the day, they'll fill the spot. Perhaps a blessing in disguise with all of the aggression and as his favorite teachers and classmates are also leaving.TL;DR- If you value being valued and also longevity and constants, this isn't the place for you.
