Warrens just installed Graber solar shades on my sun porch. They are beautiful and are doing exactly what we wanted them to do. We chose motorized shades and they work perfectly, thanks to John and Larry’s expertise. They arrived quickly after ordering and the pricing was quite reasonable. We have worked with Warrens for over thirty years. They are number 1 in Monroe County for any decorating needs. J Gilbert

Picked out our window treatments at Warren's. John Bersch guided us through the process. He listened to us and his suggestions demonstrated his ability to work with us as individuals. Our treatments were installed on the day and time promised and done efficiently and professionally. Our expectations were not just met, but exceeded! We recommend Warren's whole heartedly.

Rick, John and the team at Warrens are undefeated in the flooring world. They are a small family owned company and I will never go anywhere else. I have a chemical sensitivity and was referred to them for the Mohawk website looking for the Air.o zero VOC carpet. Rick the owners son was super helpful and knowledgeable and was able to recommend a green guard low VOC hardwood for the other area of the house. His installer Dave also does incredible work. They also sell paint, blinds and some furniture. Love this place and these guys.

Horible customer service. Had floors put in and the guy was going to come back to do molding snd he canceled last minute snd won’t return calls I stoped in and they told me he would call me later that day and he never did. Would not recommend them to anyone nothing like going months and months with a half finished job.

Went to Warren's to get new carpeting for my house. Rick was extremely helpful at answering all my questions. He also showed up to measure the floors and went through the process. They were easy to work with, the price was reasonable, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Just had Warrens in to install new Hallmark wood floors throughout my entire 1st floor and they were outstanding. Rick was very knowledgeable and responsive. I got the quote back in a day or two and he suggested custom wood floor vents to match the floor. Dave did an amazing job installing it. I had all the ceramic tile and carpet pulled and did new 6" white base with 1/4 round shoe molding throughout. The mitre cuts Dave did were amazing not a gap to be found anywhere. And he did some amazing cuts around my kitchen cabinets so my doors would open against the base. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'll be calling soon for shutters for my sliding glass door next....very pleased.

I love working with Warrens! They have provided for all my paint and flooring needs for years. My experience has been nothing but top notch: reasonably priced, quality products, knowledgeable staff who take their time in making sure my needs are meet no matter what the particular situation is. They are a local family business that tries to go above and beyond and in my opinion does just that!

Very pleased with John who went through multiple carpet samples for us! Looking for pet proof and mid price. Found this associate more knowledgeable then the big box stores. ( and better products) I am looking for price, products, padding, etc. Again, go local whenever you can!!

Rick Warren has been a tremendous contact during my property development in Webster NY. I purchased carpet, installed on the entire second floor, less master bedroom that is to be installed this month, as well as paint and equipment repairs. Rick also recommended an outstanding remodeling crew to tile a bathroom, the Lazzaro's and each project and purchase was fair and smooth.
