Regarding the pharmacy - the techs or whoever is at the drive thru is always great. But now they are just closing whenever because there is “no pharmacist on duty”?? We will definitely be switching pharmacies. I am very sick and it is a hassle to switch prescriptions to new location. 0/10 recommend

Needed passport photos, and the staff at walgreens helped outgetting everything perfect. We also picked up a frame for an odd size concert poster. It was an impluse buy but at the right price. Getting in and out of the parking lot was tricky since it was right at the light.

Disgusting store and horrible pharmacy. The pharmacy consistently does not filll prescriptions claiming they are backed up or don’t have enough supplies in stock. Today a 4 hour call ahead rx is not ready and they make me wait yet again. It is crazy how the Ontario NY store is so well run and beautiful yet this dump fails in everything.

I mentioned the man that it was SENIORS DISCOUNT DAY. He didn’t give it to me. I’m handicapped and have to go back tomorrow to get the discount. I had spent $85.46 and I want the 20% discount. Poor service.

Stopped here to pick up a blood glucose meter for my mother in law. Store is dirty/dingy, and needs a deep clean. At checkout the cashier was obnoxious, literally walking me through how to use the payment terminal, then the computer froze up and she had to get help - cashier seemed like she had never used an electronic device before. Coupons are hard to get, you need an app which is not user friendly to navigate. Store prices are very high without a coupon. Not going back to this location and I’m less inclined to shop at Walgreens in the future.

Horrible place to get prescription medication. Laura Miller is probably the most incompetent pharmacist. She refused to follow doctor's order approved by the insurance. She refused to call the doctor, insurance or her boss to make sure she solves the problem. She was stubborn, saying that she did not need to talk to anyone because she was the only person who will make decisions on medication. She kept repeating a 100 page law she was following. Never showed to us. I tried to explain that we travel every year and we have never had a problem. She literally labeled all other pharmacists we have worked with in the past as criminals. I have never experienced more humiliation, disgrace and arrogance in my life time. If I can give 0 stars I would do it. But again zero is a good number. So I guess a negative score would be appropriate for this pharmacy.

Try to call the pharmacy to fill a prescription can't get through so we call the front store and they put us through to the wrong place and the guy won't connect us to the pharmacy making nothing but excuses and then hangs up on us Walgreens Webster is not doing a great job today

Stopped during business hours, was about 40 minutes after they opened according to the sign on the windows and Google maps. Unfortunately the doors were locked. There were a couple of cars in the lot indicating employees were inside. We left and went elsewhere.

Take your business elsewhere. Half our family used this Walgreens to get a covid test, the other half went to a different store. We were told that we would have test results in 24-48 hours. This store takes 5 business days. If you don’t know if you’re sick for 5 business days, I’d that helping anyone? They need to get a better system together.

If I could give a zero, I would. Had an issue with the pharmacy and asked to talk to a manager. The manager wouldn’t even get on the phone for a discussion and simply hung up. Customer service skills ……. Negative 5.

honestly ruined an entire family vacation because in stead of giving our covid tests back in 24-48 hours they told us when we are about to board the cruise ship that it takes a week to come in… even when we called to ask for a manager or someone to help they said that they didn’t want to talk to us anymore and hung up on us… if you are going to go to a cvs go to the one in fairport!

This place is terrible when it comes to prescription medication. They have given me wrong amounts. They are constantly short and give partials so you need to make multiple trips. Then they just don’t get your medication and you have to go multiple days without it. Their staff seems like they could care less and have no concern.
