Salesman Danny was great when I bought my car however when I took it in for a warranty repair I was told it was just a loose bolt and was good to go. I know my vehicle but rolled with it anyway. After hearing the same noise a few times I called back and was told to come right back. I show up at 1140 to be told everyone's on lunch and come back at 1. Poor customer service. No one ever answers the phones or returns voicemails. I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time.
To add to it not even 24 hours later I now have a seat belt light on that I've never had on before. Didn't have any issues until they touched it. Avoid the service department at all costs! The guy at the desk has no mechanical experience and no idea what he's talking about and they clearly hire techs that don't know what they are doing

Can’t keep good people in Service! Went to pick up my car and for the second time, grease all over my driver side door! Serpentine belt that I was told was ALL CRACKED AND ROTTED was old with no visible writing on it but no cracks! I am glad I asked them to keep mine! If you are already agreeing to pay their $179 an hour rate, why continuously lie to your customers! Mike from Sales saved Service that day! All Done ✔️

These people are liars and thieves. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a car.
I put a down payment on a vehicle (they said the payment was refundable), and they either sold it out from under me or they weren’t able to do the repairs they’d promised. I declined their offer to sell me a different car (the vehicle was not what I was aiming for) and asked for my deposit back. They agreed, but I heard nothing from them. I then called them multiple times, they declined my calls then blocked my number (it went straight to voicemail more than a few times). I then asked a family member with a different phone number to contact them for me. They answered his call, gave him a number for me to call, and I was finally able to talk with a representative. The representative said they were sending a check to me, however, it’s been weeks and I’ve yet to receive any check or payment from them. I’d rate 0/5 stars if I could.
I’m persistent and I’ll continue calling, however, you should save yourself the headache and find a better, more reputable dealership (with honest employees) to buy a vehicle from.

I wish there was a choice for NO stars!!! Our salesperson Cynthia was sweet, but it was a nightmare like no other! The entire sales floor is run as though you are intruding upon a frat party while they leave you sitting at a desk for HOURS while they laugh, joke, talk about their drunken adventures over the weekend at Captain Jack’s and eat lunch before returning to “help” the buying customer. Mike appears to be on something that makes him unable to focus on trying to find you financing. He’s hyper and cocky. After over 16 hours of sitting in their dealership over 3 days of negotiations and finding the right vehicle, we were finally scheduled for delivery for 1pm Monday. We were finally approached at 2:30 where they pulled the old bait and switch. My agreed upon payment had increased $175/month!!!!!! I called it off and suddenly they came back to the price quoted. By then, the finance manager had other appointments and at 4:30pm, we were told we had to be rescheduled for delivery on Tuesday. I arrived Tuesday to be handed the keys to my new vehicle and told to drive it with no plates to their Hyundai dealership down the road where someone else would do the delivery paperwork. We will NEVER be back and are happy to be free from the Nissan frat house.

My car was scheduled for inspection last Saturday. When I took the car in, I saw none of the familiar faces like Chris S. Instead there was a new person behind the counter who informed me that I needed a new engine filter and a turbo thing totaling $260.00. Next the mechanic comes in to tell me my car will need new brakes before it can pass inspection totaling $680.00. My car is a 2021 Rogue with 17,440 miles. I keep up with my service appointments and receive good health reports from Nissan. I took my car to a different mechanic and the car passed inspection with no issues. I'm sadden that with the changes in management, I can no longer trust Vision Nissan in Webster to be honest with me regarding my vehicle. I believe this would not have occurred if Chris S. were there on Saturday.

bought new vehicle ( 3rd one from this location). glenn is my go to man - he is kind, caring and patient!! awesome person!!
Purchased 2024 frontier at vision nissan in webster. This was shortly after the location was purchased by a man that also owns nissan car sales in Miami Florida.
Upon entering the building, I learned that that location had been purchased by man in Florida. The whole atmosphere was awful. Nothing like the past seven years that I’ve purchased vehicles and had service there. My purchase was at the end of May. since then, five key employees and a few sales people have or are leaving the company. Since the new takeover, they have only had two service writers as opposed to previous years when they had four service writers. I will have to look elsewhere for basic service needs and go there only when it is a warranty issue. Not happy!!!!

Sales people were great and very accommodating in every way. Financing though was disturbing to say the least . Time spent going over the basics of a car purchase, paperwork, and having to watch a senseless video all were over the top. All my years of purchasing many cars, I never experienced anything like this.
