“Dr.Smith was amazing, he really took the time to do a very thorough examination on my sick kitty. Even when he was just talking to us he was still comforting her and giving her love. She was extremely comfortable with him. Him and the vet tech were great at explaining the next steps how to administer her new medications and going over the prices for upcoming scans. My dad who came with me was so impressed by everything that he is in the process of switching his dogs to this vet as well! Thank you so much for helping my kitty feel more comfortable!”
“My 5 year old Rottie has been doing weekly PT in preparation for knee surgery. From reception, to doctors, to all the techs, Theravet has been a great experience. My dogs are my family and I feel that we are in very good hands with this team supporting us. My only opinion for improvement is name tags ? I can't remember names for the life of me and I always forget who we are working with as it does change with every appointment. But that's a me thing. I highly recommend this location for physical therapy. We have not yet used other services offered.”

“I’d give 100 stars if I could. I was on vacation with my family and had to bring my bunny with me, we tried for weeks to get Truffles to a vet but no one near us was taking new patients or cared after rabbits. He was suffering and would have died at home alone and I would never have wanted that for him, after calling another dozen or so vets in the Rochester area they were the only ones willing to help us put our bunny to rest. The vet and her staff were all so kind and compassionate and made a difficult time “easy” to get through. I’m just glad I got to be there for him in his end. Thank you again for your help!”

“Dr Peggy and her staff are very kind, and genuinely care about cats. I can see the dedication and patience.
My cat had rotten teeth and went in for a cleaning and extraction that required and overnight stay. Dr Peggy explained the procedure and showed me evidence of the damage. The staff is very thorough and called several times to check on how the cat was doing.
Both my cats were treated for ear infections. The Doctor showed me inside their ears with her scope so I could see the inflammation for myself. The treatment was simple and inexpensive.
I would recommend All Cats. The pricing is fair and customer service is great!

“I take my doodle here and he and I both love it. Friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff. They always make you feel welcomed. Love the set up and rooms are spacious and clean. Waiting area is large in case you are waiting to be called. Prices are affordable. If you want to take your pet to a GREAT look no further, this is the place for you.”
