I'm moving again (in part because of RTS On Demand and RTS Access service having become too un-user friendly), but before I go I need to say good things about the Webster Post Office. The one-story building borders on ugly, aesthetically speaking, BUT no steps (or steep incline) and automatic doors, plus plenty of room inside (all good because I use a walker). The best part of visiting the Webster Post Office is the staff. Everyone is always courteous, helpful, and completely up to date on the myriad functions of the USPS. As I mentioned in a previous review, I have done business in several post offices in several states and Webster ranks right close to the best. Thanks.

I have slways had a good experience at the Webster Post Office. They are always very accommodating and helpful if I'm having an issue which is very rare but when it happens they are on top of it and I definitely appreciate that!

Refuse to straighten mail delivery. Put other people’s mail in my box. I have been in the post office on this issue three times. Service sucks! Terrible rude people who don’t care!

These guys are awful!! Pay the extra and send UPS. No accountability for the quality of the delivery. Package got all there and was never scanned delivered. USPS solion was have the shipper file an insurance claim!!

Have had so many issues with USPS lately. First one of my packages went missing(I was refunded), then I didn't receive a package from my renter bc they didn't leave me a note till almost the day of and by that point I was to late and it was returned. Then I ordered $80 worth of items, was home all day and even awake during their drop off time, they have a key to my apartment building and yet they left it outside and someone stole it. Now I have to deal with the police and make calls for my items. This has all happened in the span of 2 months!

Awful and incompetent. Following their mistake in the mailing of my passport application, they’ve chosen to cancel another appointment since too many of the clerks are “sick”. When did this become acceptable? There is zero reason why appointments are not being accommodated - apparently the staff is lazy. It is clear that they wouldn’t survive in an alternate profession that actually forces them to do their jobs, even if understaffed.

The employees at this Post Office are the absolute best. They are courteous, knowledgable, helpful, and they care about their customers. In the span of 2 1/2 years in Webster, I lived in two different places and got married and changed my name. We just recently moved to Florida. A few days ago, I received an envelope from the Webster Post Office containing mail addressed to me with my old name from my last address. The change of address I put in was for my married name, but the postal workers in Webster were on top of it and forwarded the mail to me here in Florida. Thank you, Webster Post Office on Barrett Drive!

We are getting other peoples’ mail often several times a week that is NOT junk mail. On top of that some days we and 2 other neighbors that I’ve spoken to are not getting any mail. Today now makes 2 consecutive days we have not received any mail! When this happens we will usually get an unusually large delivery the following day. This has been going on for several months! Time call and report this to the postmaster!

dont let the postal worker copy your address because there is a good chance they will make an error. happened to me with an overnight medication delivery, that i did not receive and paid for overnight delivery. come to find out she left out the apt. #. there are 96 units!!! terrible

They forwarded my mail to an incorrect address in an incorrect town. It's our there ... somewhere. What gives Webster PO? Not the first time you have been told to forward mail correctly.

Had a package that went missing within the USPS network. Peter from the Webster office was phenomenal at helping me locate and receive my package. Great service as always from Webster post office ??
