Where do I start……
I was there today and had many things to ship for my elderly friend who is moving.
First I got a hard time for parking out front. So I unloaded everything on the sidewalk and parked my vehicle. Then I took it into the store. While I was doing this not once did they say a word to me. I got to the counter and they told me their computers were down. Then they told me they couldn’t pack anything up because UPS didn’t do their pickup, so they had no room. So, I tried to buy some boxes. They said they couldn’t get to the boxes. I’m sorry but what happened to customer service. I will never go there again. Yes, I am one customer. By the way at least the customers were nice and talked to me and said it wasn’t right. Even held the door open for me. So, I pulled my car back up and did at least have help loading everything in my car. I went to UPS Fairport!!! Great service. Helped unload. Boxed everything up. Ships tonight. If you want to go to UPS with great customer service go to Fairport Village.

Rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with any shipping company. I’ll be using FedEx or USPS, which is reliable and friendly. Do not go there unless you wanna be disrespected verbally.

I always have the best experience dealing with the workers here. I always have a problem with returning items to Amazon and they go above and beyond helping me sort things out. They never make me feel dumb or bad about myself and fix my problems.

These guys have not taped labels on my packages, and they end up lost. $100 items, at that. Also, store uses “ShipStation” and upcharges you at 300%. Go to “pirateship” and save mad loot!!!

If only every customer experience could be as pleasant as mine today. I needed a notary / sign off on a form & received unexpectedly kickass support from Bailey, who took care of that & a few additional things I could've done at home (scanned, faxed, printed a few things). All, with a smile & pleasant, can-do attitude. And, for the shockingly dirt cheap cost of a few dollars for the notarization. High five and thanks again to Bailey for the stellar support.

Worst experience, driver went to my basement doors instead front of the house while waiting for my package. No text updates. Will not allow me to pick from store due to stupid company policy.

Busy location, employees are very fast.... friendly if you have just regular no problem transaction. If there is a problem watch out you will catch holy hell.
