I recently purchased a house and I did it all through this bank. Victoria Shvahulyak was so helpful. She did everything in a timely manner and worked with my schedule to get everything done as soon as possible. Since it was my first home purchase she thoroughly explained the process and all the paperwork to me. I am so grateful for her. Thank you Victoria!

I have recently purchased a house, I worked with Viktoriya Shvahulyak. I am very satisfied with the service that she provided on a highly professional level. Viktoriya was very polite and patient, she answered all my questions! I had a lot of them because I was a first time home buyer. I appreciate all the great help and professional service!

Great service with Nadia M. She is very pleasant and always has a warm smile. Nadia always knows how to make my banking process smooth, efficient, and fast! Wonderful job Nadia. I enjoy seeing you at the bank! Galuna Dyakiv is another wonderful teller at the Webster branch that is proficient. I am proud to say this is my bank. This Webster branch is very convenient and right next to Wegmans. Wait times are short and the staff is terrific. Bilingual staff including Nadia, Galina, Victoria and Roman are as professional and polite as your would ever expect. The range of services is also great and everyone there is trained to handle everything from simple deposits to more complex transactions and loans. Highly recommend to anyone looking for customer focused high quality service.
