“I took my Chevy Equinox in this morning with a check engine light on and the car hesitating almost to the point of stalling. Tyrone and the technician were excellent. Tyrone worked with the technician to try to diagnosis the problem. While there were codes, they we're not able to definitely diagnosis the problem and recommended I take it to the dealer. A less honest service center could have easily charged me for unneeded repairs but they were honest and they didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. I took it to the dealer who also couldn't figure it out, until I mentioned the problem appeared to start after an oil change (which I neglected to mention to Tyrone). It turned out it was two loose screws on the air filter. I want to thank Tyrone and the technician for their honesty and thoroughness. I was out of town (Ohio) and extremely stressed given it was memorial Day weekend. I would definitely recommend them for any repairs and thank them for their help.”

“I brought in a flat tire on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. The damage to the tire was too extensive to repair, and an exact replacement would have to come from their warehouse on Tuesday. No problem - I left the wheel with them and drove home on my spare tire. On Tuesday they called to say my new tire was ready to go. I stopped by, they put the tire/wheel on my car, and I was on my way. The entire experience was fast and professional.

“Gem of a shop. We took our old Subaru to Klem's to see if the repairs needed were worth performing. They did a thorough job and were so professional. Their estimates were very fair, and I used to work at a shop myself. They kept talking to my fiance about keeping us safe (I was pregnant at the time) and were just all-around good guys. Today we were buying a Jeep and brought it to Klem's with our now 5-month-old daughter to have it checked over. We had called earlier and they remembered us, fit us in, even found a lift to put it up on rather than just run codes in the parking lot, were so sweet to our little girl -- and sent us away with a good feeling about buying our new family Jeep. We trust and highly recommend. Even if you're a distance, Klem's is worth the drive!”
