The only reason I’m giving a 5 star it’s because AT&T guy Wael was incredible. He helped us with all brand new phones and bared with us a lot. We are not techie people so we needed his help. And he did not let us down. We got new service and we switched from Verizon. We have a cheaper bill now and faster service as well as all new phones. 10/10 he is the best!!

Did an order online and did the car pickup option. Employee came out within two minutes of my arrival and was friendly and quick.

They need to take control of the store and of the people who come here, not buying, but taking and just leaving.

Worst target ever, they allow people to steal, walk out with items, there staff is lacking in professionalism. The store is always a mess and things in the walk ways. They have higher prices than other targets .

Service was was terrible until Tita came and helped me! Upon arrival whoever was behind the desk finished what she was doing, and said I got to go find a order and I didn't even have a chance to let her know that I couldn't stand very long, because I'm ambulatory right now!finally someone came over to see if I was being helped which I said no I'm not being helped. She left right away and there's five people in line behind me! Thank goodness they have some sense of customer service!

Do not use order pickup. I ordered several items today. One cleaning item leaked heavily through the bottom of the bag and I returned it immediately. I just got home and saw that my shampoo bottle was in the bottom of another bag and is also leaking significantly. What is going on?

In the return/pickup line, everything is "in the back," which means a 10 minute wait per person. Worst system ever.

I was in the store to do some shopping and overheard a supervisor or manager talking to an associate being kind of rude, and the associate looking upset how they were being talked to. Also heard someone over the walkie-talkies yelling about not leaving carts in the aisle, which could’ve been said in a better manner.
