I have been a customer for some years now and all I can continue to say is....Cindy is the best!!As soon as a customer walks into the store, they meet Cindy with a smile on her face and warm greeting.She's very knowledgable about the shipping process and will inform you on when your packages should arrive at their destination.One time and only one time, I had sent a package to someone and that person kept telling me that they had not received it at their home.I waited a couple of days before I went into a panic, after those days passed by...panic I did.I gave Cindy a call and she was on it!She sent me an email stating exactly where the package was, I told the person receiving the package, they looked in that spot, and there it was.I have always enjoyed my experience with this company.

Webster neighbors-- I just want to give a shoutout for Superior Solutions on Ridge Rd. in Webster (close to Holt Rd. Wegmans). The owner Cindy went out of her way to help me and I cannot thank her enough for all she did! Check her store out for your packaging and shipping needs. She also has cute gift shop items for sale too. She is the nicest lady!!
