I had a great experience with Sun Auto. My battery issue was a loose wire or connecting part and they tested the battery and fixed the loose wire free of charge to me. I will definitely come here again for any auto needs because they are honest and customer oriented.

This is a great repair shop! Highly recommend. Lower cost, more capable than a dealership by far. My 2009 Vibe needed an engine replacement (my wife loves the car). This is something other repair shops decline to take on and a dealership would charge 1.5 - 2 times as much as Billy. He's extremely capable, honest, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy with the job he did, as is my wife!

For my 2003 Honda Civic, 240K+ miles Sun Automotive replaced the clutch plate, throw out bearing, had the friction plate machined, had the starter rebuilt, and checked the lash. They even caught a disconnected stabilizer bar. Very good work. The car is high miles but the body is still good. The estimate, and sticking to it, was the deciding factor for having the work done. I highly recommend them

Don't you dare change any parts yourself before giving them a call when simple part changes don't fix your problem. They will refuse to your business without even looking at your vehicle, and will give out a free advertisement for the dealership repair shop. After that phone call, I now know I will never do business with them in the future, without it costing me any money in the present.

I've been going to Bill for a decade now, and there's no other place I'd rather go. They go above and beyond every time and won't overcharge you a cent. I remember when the power steering line in my old Pontiac broke, and Billy spent the whole day calling around, trying to find me anything other than an overpriced dealer replacement. And he's just such a nice guy to boot.Nobody read this review, though. They're busy enough already! ?
