This Staples in Webster, NY, is always kind and friendly. Easy to ask questions. Sometimes you might need to look for a sales associate but every single one has been helpful and knowledgable.

At the UPS desk the person seemed nice but after she started helping me she stopped in the middle to help someone else. I needed assistance. Then when she finally came back to me, I was told I needed to go to another place that had ups.

Week customer service, do not respond to customer service and no good management I had a problem and asked for a manager but they ignore it, so please observe your employees two of them don’t have respect sorry for this brunch.

Tonight I went in for some last minute school supplies as many did just an hour before close. I had a list with all of the items and had no clue where to start. As I approached the school section in the rear of the store i was stopped and asked if I needed help finding anything. I really did. But the thing is she was totally out of range and made a real effort to ask as I was walking very fast and in a rush. I told her I could use some help and she turned my undoubtedly, very long tedious search into a fast one. I had 15 items total and they were all over the store. I am not familiar with the layout and this was greatly appreciated. In talking to this employee I found out that she was new and was just starting her second week. I was blown away. Great attitude and great work ethic. This location is fortunate to have a new employee such as yourself. Thank you Sara!

Called the webster store with a question regarding pick up. The store associate Dan was very helpful and accommodating with the request. Will definitely be back to this staples location for office needs as a result of this experience.

This is the first time I have ever left a review for anything! I would say it was the worst service I have ever had, but in reality, it was NO service. I wanted to get assistance buying a printer. Two of us came up to the counter at the same time, I stepped back and let the other customer go ahead - all is well. Another customer comes up. Amanda ignores me and waits on him. The customer even said to wait on me -I was there first. Amanda responds "she's just looking for a printer". Several times the customer suggests that she take care of me. She continued with him and ignored me. I started to walk away towards the printers to see what I could figure out on my own. At that time, Amanda says, I'll call "X", she's a pretty good tech to help you with printers. After several minutes I went back up to the counter. Amanda was still working with the other customer and "X" was waiting on someone else!!! I will NEVER shop at Webster Staples again!!!
