“I am not usually someone to write reviews, but Jackie was extraordinary on many levels. She is the Manager at the Phillips Road location, and I have been a member at that location for several years. I spoke with her on August 27th (today), and she went out of her way on several items, such as looking into the best possible rates, making positive changes in what I was looking for, and easing my concern about rising costs. Overall, my experience with Extra Space has been fabulous-- the units are VERY clean, secure, and you can get in and out fast when needed. However, Jackie took things up a notch with her professionalism today. Extra Space is very lucky to have her.”

“I actually have two units here at Storage Solutions of Webster. This is one of the better storage facilities in the area. I've had to use a few, so I'm familiar with more than just one or two. This is a well kept area both inside and out. The staff is friendly and they're willing to work with you unlike some other places. They offer discounts on rent which is fantastic! There are indoor and outdoor units. 24 hours is a great advantage also. I really recommend this facility.”
“The driver Mel, was very polite, professional, & informative. He did a great job maneuvering two 16 foot containers on my driveway since it was tricky with where they were being placed. Mel was awesome in providing me tips and tricks about the container to ensure it would be securely closed. He also showed me where to and not to attach straps on the interior & evenly distribute weight of items when loading. I have been pleased with every aspect of this order from my first call to schedule them right up to my move. Everyone that contacted me to confirm my order for example, was wonderful to work with. I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone I know that might be moving locally or out of state!”
