Best thrift store in Rochester hands-down. Great selection, fair prices, always clean and well-lit, and the staff are cheery and friendly. Their book section is amazing, I absolutely filled my shelves with good condition classics for less than $50.

Took my girlfriend here and she absolutely loved the store. Everything about it was organized very well. I did find some rare electronic items here as well. Overall great experience.

I've alway's loved this place, but it seems lately, the price for clothing, especially men's T shirts, are way overpriced.

Wow, what a letdown. Prices are gouged, no fitting rooms. The saving grace was the super friendly and helpful staff. The young lady assured me if the clothes do not fit I can exchange them and the middle aged lady suggested wearing tight fitting clothes so trying on clothes in the isle would be easier. Great thinking on your feet. Whoever raised the prices and took away the fitting rooms, which I'm guessing is upper management, should be corrected.

Well organized, clean thrift store and a huge inventory. Prices are not bad. Overall way better than Goodwill.

Prices have gotten out of control. We were there in September and since then some prices have doubled. The store is tidy and well organized but $29.99 for sterling earrings??? No thanks.

SAVERS HAS NO FITTING ROOMS.They took them out during pandemic and never brought them back. So there you are, looking at a pair of jeans for $11 that MAY OR MAY NOT fit and there is no way to know. Why even bother coming in to tease yourself with clothes that you can’t try on?Savers has these banners around saying “reuse and recycle!” but I sure am not reusing well if I’m not buying anything because the fit is unknown. I overheard someone in the shirts section say, “kohls has fitting rooms. Let’s go across the road there.”Please, please put the fittings room back.

Omg I found this place yesterday! This place is amazing! So organized, clean, great prices on most items, and amazing for a 2nd hand store! Great find only down side is no dressing rooms!
