Very thorough car wash. I forgot a cleaner to use on the interior of the car, and the workers were very kind and offered me their own cleaner and cloths to use.

Go car wash is way better than most washes around. Can't beat it with all of the locations they have. Some are better than others I will say. My experience in the past month with getting a new car and already having 2 vehicles on a plan the Webster location that just opened on Empire is great. I was in there 2 times this past week. Anthony & Maddy where very helpful and able to get it all straightened out for me. Great service! They also give a great bug spray there which is key this time of year.

The machine that you select and pay for your car wash never works. Takes at least 10 tries to get it to work. Makes me so frustrated every dam time. Clicked help on the machine and never got help.

I called and attempted to cancel my club account twice, was promised it was cancelled and am still being billed. I haven't lived in nys for 2 years, I've filed a bbb complaint, nothing will stop these people from billing your card. nothing.

$27 for a single wash. When Royal owned this place you would get free washes within 10-14 days for rain and it was cheaper then also. As for the wash it never touches the back windows of the cars. There is no hand wiping to get the rest of the standing water off the car. Vacuums are too powerful. Just do yourself a favor and go to Delta Sonic and pay the same price with 2 free washes (3 total) within 14 days and you can have the car wiped down. This just isn't worth the money.
