Bill is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our experience was quick and simple. He got us in the perfect vehicle and we were home before rush hour! Our only complaint had to do with the bank, which obviously wasn't his fault.

Bill , was amazing to deal with and very trustworthy! My partner and I had our car for about 7 months ! And it runs like a champ . Only complaint is the gas but that is what comes with the vehicle we brought. We waited to write a review because we wanted to make sure it was honest. In the future, we will be coming to Bill again. I bought a Subaru Impreza last week from Rochester Imports. Bill made the purchase process was the smoothest and easiest I have ever experienced. The car was a tremendous find. I highly recommend doing business there.

I got my car just over a year ago from here..and it's a great car. Basic maintenance, brakes and what not. But it's a solid car. And the guy who runs is, was insanely nice and super helpful with my entire situation. I'm not a, "buy a new car often" person, but I'd definitely go back here! Still running great, love the car!

First, let me say I drove an hour to get to this dealer. I can honestly say that this was one of the most successful and easy processes of buying a car I've EVER had. Bill made this happen in no time at all. What took the longest? The test drive. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my subaru.
Shortly after I purchased it, however, I noticed that the fuel tank was rotted out and did not hold more than half a tank. I contacted Bill, and he immediately said he would take care of it. Bill is a great guy, and I'm really glad I bought a car from Rochester imports. I do indeed recommend this dealership. It may not look like much on the outside, but on the inside, you got a wonderful salesman and in the lot you have cars that get taken care of!

Had a very pleasant experience with Bill. He was very friendly and met all the things we asked him to do before we picked it up! The car itself runs very smooth and looks really good. The price was also air and reasonable. Had the car ready to go with tags and the work we asked to be done complete within just a few days!

We had a great experience buying a first car for a college kid from Bill. He had a good selection with reasonable prices, and we tried several cars. A mechanic identified a few minor issues in the car that we selected, and Bill got it fixed in 24 hrs. Bill did the pre purchase inspection and registration. Overall, very positive and stress-free experience, I highly recommend it.

Bill is a straight forward guy. Buying a cheap Subaru Forester was easy as can be. Just needed a second beater car in case my daily driver broke down again. Gave me a good fair price, even knock a bit off the price for the scratch and dents.

Had a GREAT experience working with Bill last week. By far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Easy to work with, great vehicles for affordable prices, and an overall great guy. We bought a Jeep and absolutely love it. Negotiations were fair and paperwork was a cinch. It can be a little tricky to find the office-- it is on the 2nd floor (the address google has IS correct). Definitely check this place out!!

I traded in my Highlander and bough a Silverado. I did not need to haggle at all over the price of either. Bill was very fair and made the process very easy and seamless.Additionally, when I traded in my Highlander, I had forgotten to take my E-ZPass detection gizmo with me. Bill was kind enough to mail it back to me.
