After we decided on the bird Ryan suggested we could walk around the store with the bird while we finished shopping. The bird sat happily on my finger or forearm. Well worth the 2 hour drive.

I bring both my dogs here, a pug and a border collie mix and they are great at getting their nails short which has been tough in the past with the pug since they hate their feet being touched. Just make sure that you call ahead to book an appointment, they do not accept walk ins. Pricing is great!

Post-cut her fur is silky smooth and there were no nicks or cuts (we’ve had trouble with other groomers). From the time I scheduled, to picking her up, they were kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. They even offered for us bring her back at no additional charge to further shave her tail (we miscommunicated the length).They did such an amazing job and we are DEFINITELY bringing her here for all future groomings.

1748 Kennedy Rd, WebsterMy 5 year old Rottie has been doing weekly PT in preparation for knee surgery. From reception, to doctors, to all the techs, Theravet has been a great experience. My dogs are my family and I feel that we are in very good hands with this team supporting us. My only opinion for improvement is name tags ? I can't remember names for the life of me and I always forget who we are working with as it does change with every appointment. But that's a me thing. I highly recommend this location for physical therapy. We have not yet used other services offered.

1467 Empire Blvd, WebsterDr.Smith was amazing, he really took the time to do a very thorough examination on my sick kitty. Even when he was just talking to us he was still comforting her and giving her love. She was extremely comfortable with him. Him and the vet tech were great at explaining the next steps how to administer her new medications and going over the prices for upcoming scans. My dad who came with me was so impressed by everything that he is in the process of switching his dogs to this vet as well! Thank you so much for helping my kitty feel more comfortable!

I was on vacation with my family and had to bring my bunny with me, we tried for weeks to get Truffles to a vet but no one near us was taking new patients or cared after rabbits. He was suffering and would have died at home alone and I would never have wanted that for him, after calling another dozen or so vets in the Rochester area they were the only ones willing to help us put our bunny to rest. The vet and her staff were all so kind and compassionate and made a difficult time “easy” to get through. I’m just glad I got to be there for him in his end. Thank you again for your help!

1085 Gravel Rd, WebsterAnother great stay at Ruff Day for our 2 year old Boston Blanche. She gets so excited when we pull in the driveway. She can get a little rambunctious so she is placed with dogs matching her energy. They take such good care of her. All the employees love her and I can tell the feeling is mutual. I recommend Ruff Day for either a one day play day or overnight if you are planning a trip.

The staff are delightfully personable and make you feel an instant ease…like you’re eating in your own family’s kitchen. We have continuously found that these delicious Belgian waffles are a melt in your mouth taste explosion. From the plain to any of the specialty waffles… their unique texture and taste are worth coming back for. We also had savory and tasty eggs that the chef/owner cooked in any style we wanted. All washed down with the health packed and refreshing fresh squeezed orange juice that they are well known for. Thank you for giving our community such a unique and delicious place to dine. ?
