I usually buy yarn here and use my Michael's rewards. This time the reward code would not scan and the staff started a game of I can't do anything to fix this! Ridiculous! The reason I went in was to use the rewards code. I can't believe that the manager on duty can't deal with a problem like this. Buy your yarn at hobby lobby or Joann's. It's cheaper and less hassle.
