I was disappointed because my jeep had a check engine light when I dropped it off. when they tried to fix it They said it was off. after I collected the car It was back on, so I still don’t know how to fix the check engine light.

I was very pleased with everyone at Marina Mitsubishi. Tito was very professional and attentive. He was really busy that day with numerous customers. Never once did I feel rushed or neglected. He listened to me and cared about what I had to say. Cory was also very helpful.
I had gone to another Mitsubishi dealer in Rochester. My experience was not good. They were very unprofessional. Didn't listen to me or seem to care. I think they were more interested in making sure they could leave within the hour.
I would recommend Marina Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a Mitsubishi.

Excellent service, I have bought two Suvs from them and my experience has been nothing but positive. Tyler my sales person is awesome, I highly recommend Marina and ask for Tyler he makes the process easy. I love my 2024 Elcipse Suv.

Throughout my experience I was dealing with Shane and Jay. Not only were both professional and funny, they did not pressure me at all. When I get pressured at dealerships I leave. So the relaxed environment made me want to buy from them even more. Experience was super smooth and they got me in last minute to sign even though I gave them hardly any notice. I shouldn't need another vehicle for awhile, but Marina will be my first stop when I do.

Never been charged at any other auto shop for a diagnostic but today it cost me $170. Webster marina has always felt shady and today confirmed.
