Had an amazing experience! They took me right in. very easy and not a long wait. There was a free shuttle service offered which I did not use but I think it's a fantastic perk for people who need it. The service advisor David was very pleasant and helpful with questions I had during my visit. Thanks!

I had a recall done at their Webster location on Monday. I received a call that my car was almost done but that I needed a new battery. He quoted me between $250-$300 for a new battery. I declined and decided to take it to Firestone (next door). Firestone checked my battery at no cost to me and came back with my battery being good and normal. Firestone also informed me that Marina left all my gaskets open.This is not the first time Marina has tried to take money from me. Only reason I took my car to Marina is for the recall and since I purchased my Jeep there in 2015 I get free oil changes and free inspection. For all other services I go to Firestone!! Watch out for these big dealers.

Bought my first real car from Tom Fitz after he walked in to my hair salon one day and we got to talking about my beater. I have since recommended him to multiple people that have subsequently bought from him, and I still do his hair! He makes it easy and enjoyable and is really up front about everything.

This was the BEST car buying experience EVER !!!!. Shane was my salesman and he is the "thumbs up" guy. I highly recommend this dealership. I went to several dealerships looking to lease and they all told me leasing is not an option. Went to Marina and left the same day with a 2024 !!!!

I dealt with a really rude person. His name is Josh Slesak (sp). I had called previously and spoke to another gentleman who was very professional, I didn't get his name. But unfortunately my main interaction was with Josh who is just arrogant. I just moved to the area and this place was recommended but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Good people. We had a good buying experience. Bought used but VERY clean! Shout out to Carlos for being experienced and knowledgeable and in our best interest instead of the same run of the mill "get the numbers and forget the customer" like many dealers do!

I suggest you go anywhere else. Everything the sales guy said he was going to do, he didn't. Getting someone on the phone to find out if they were open on Columbus day took three phone calls after being sent to voicemail repeatedly. I paid extra for the ziebert and left the car an additional week to get done as the salesman said. Upon picking up the vehicle I learned I paid extra to make my own appointment. Just got my title with an additional Lien holder from a bank I've never worked with. Smh. Called that bank, they have no record of me. Called the dealer and I've Already waited an hour for a call back.

Chose Marina after 25 years with Vision —couldn’t be happier with our Jeep & our salesperson, Kevin was great to work with. Made the whole process very easy & little time was spent! Would recommend Kevin & Marina to anyone. Although, they do need more female representation in the sales & above roles!

Bought a brand new 22 jeep gladiator, upon inspection of the vehicle noticed that the front seats were tearing from the stitch. They re-ordered me new seat covers and called me and told me the appointment date and it would take two hours.I scheduled my day accordingly only to sit in the waiting room for 4+ hoursMy sales guy. Frank and I went into the service department to see what was taking so long only to be rudely talked to by a man name, Nathan I’ve never been talk to you so rudely and disrespectfully in my life. After that being said, there was suddenly a recall on my jeep.You would think after a half an hour or so they would come out and tell your customer that there’s a recall and it could take another hour, so just let them sit out hereMy mistake I will never come back to the service department againI will be notifying Jeep concerning conduct at the dealership

These guys are great! After being completely disrespected by another dealer we went to see these folks! Cody is an awesome salesman,...Frank, Anthony and Russ all did wonders with the financing! They bought out my lease from another brand...we will definitely work with these guys again and I will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! I can never thank them enough...made my dream of driving a Jeep come true!!!
