I would make this a negative 5 if possible. This is the email I sent to lowes customer service.....
Good evening. I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with how your Webster NY Lowe's flooring department handled our project for new vinyl flooring for the entire upstairs of our home. We scheduled the measurement and while they were here we has discussed how we should approach the stairs. The measuring people said they did not recommend vinyl on stairs as it's slippery and we appreciated the feedback. They told us they would include an estimate to redo the stairs with plain wood. We got the estimate and went into the store to discuss the project. First...they quoted us for laminate...not vinyl. Then the square footage of the stairs was included with no discussion of the stair replacement. They said they would fix it and call us back. Couple days later trip #2 into the store and still the stairs were quoted....and no mention of the stair replacement. Again we said we don't want the stairs included in the vinyl square footage. The flooring person said the associate who enters the info was on vacation and it couldn't get updated until the following Monday...this was a Saturday at about 4pm. Sensing our frustration, the associate told us that she would 100% call us at 6pm that evening when she got off work and give us an idea when we should see the new estimate. Well...that was 11 days ago. We have heard nothing, no new estimates...no phone calls....nothing....and I'm sad to say the $10,000 I intended to spend isnt going to happen. I will never plan another project with Lowes. Also, when we asked where the chairs were so we could sit and discuss the project, the associates told us they took the chairs away becasue they, the managers, didn't want associates sitting all day. I thought that was odd...what about customer comfort? Even more strange, is when we left there were chairs and a desk at the window and door section where customers were sitting with an associate discussing a project. Weird isnt it.
I've sent 3 emails from Lowes customer service and 3 corporate replies saying someone will contact me...its been 2 weeks...nadda. The sales people aren't trained, the sales people have no idea what customer service is and the company clearly doesn't care. Save your time, spend a couple extra bucks and go somewhere else.

Pro service is the worst I have ever seen in my life guy just talks with customers at the register doesn’t even pay attention the pro services will no longer use this Lowes like

WORST experience ever they failed to deliver my $1,400 washer/dryer when we paid extra money for the delivery. Then gave us the run around only to deliver the washer with NO dryer so had to wait 3 days for that to be delivered. Then to find out they didn’t deliver it with the outlet. Then failed to install it as well. Just an overall HORRIBLE experience!!! Horrible costumer service. My family & i will NEVER buy anything from them again!!!!!!!

Had to return some 2×4's. Was told at the counter they would be subject to count, OK, no problem. A few mins later, kid from the back brought up a paper with the exact count on it that I knew from counting them myself. Guy at the counter turns away from me, and adjusts the count down by ~20 pcs right before my eyes, then has the gall to say "sorry we can only credit you for what they counted" like as if nothing had happened ??
Unbelievably dishonest and deceptive business practices and the old guy at the back counter by the lumber should be fired immediately. Will not be doing business with them again.

I find what I need every time. Any employee will help you look up which aisle you need to find your items. Which really helps cause it's a big store.
