This is for the laundromat part. The change machines takes 5 turns to take each bill. The soap dispenser didn't dispense the box of soap after I had to pull it so hard it made my finger bleed. Both machines seen like they're from the 1950's and need a desperate upgrade. My clothes came out of the 2.75 washer machine with leftover lint all over my clothes. Dryers were not efficient at all. Cost me 1.50 per load to dry and they were small loads.

Friendly/helpful staff. You can do your own laundry at the laundry mat or you can even pay to have Julian's Dry cleaners wash, dry, and fold your laundry instead.

Phenomenal service and turn around time. I brought in a suit that we needed for an event the next day. Not only did they turn it around same day but the service was outstanding. Sabrina was friendly and greeted her regular customers by name. You rarely see that familiarity anymore but when you do, it makes you pause and appreciate it.

They did an excellent job with my suit jacket. I like that they are open later and they do a great job of getting pieces turned around quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be going back.

Huge capacity washer and dryers, it makes doing the comforter so much easier! All of the staff has been so kind and wonderful to me to couple hours that I’m there a week. Highly recommend this place!

I am working an outage at Ginna. I dropped my clothes off, and then went to the room. The following day, I went to work. While at work, I received a text notifying me that my clothes were ready. After shift, I got my clothes and paid the kind ladies for their service. Zero negative issues paired with quick, streamlined service.
