We are out of town on a trip and encountered an issue that could have impacted the remaining time on our trip. The service team at Meyer's Webster found a time slot in the schedule and got the issue resolved and had us back on the trip the same day.

This review is for Meyer's Webster, Ridge Road. Fantastic, personal service. At a competing firm was told I had to go thru concierge service, who would call me - which they didn't. At Meyer's, I was able to talk to the service manager TIm directly on the phone multiple times, received a service appointment within a week, had the service done on-time and high quality. They were always available for follow-up phone calls. Del, was exceptional in working with me, in fact, did a small repair as we talked at the counter. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

Worked for Johnston RV Country years ago. It's an upstanding culture and the owners are great folks. Aaron Johnston, the president of the company gave me a start when I was younger and had much to learn. Taught me a lot. Decades past, he still remembered me. He gave me a great reference resulting in a great future for myself and my family. It was huge help. Thanks Aaron. And Gary. Many blessings to that man as well.

I had a great sales experience here and then everything went downhill. Customer service and the service department itself is horrendous. Goodluck if you need anything fixed. They NEVER answer the phone and instead send it to voicemail. Which after years of dealing with them, not one call has ever been returned. I’ve had to physically drive 40 minutes to get an answer on my recall repair. My camper sat for 7 months waiting for a recall to be fixed. After many trips there (since the phone goes unanswered) we were told that it was done. It has now been 5 months and I just got a letter from Jayco that the recall was in fact NOT done. Many phone calls were made to ask for proof/paperwork and still no answer. Completely unreliable after the sale has been made.

This year we purchased a Jayco 31v Class A motor home. There were several issues from the manufacturer that we encountered upon delivery. After meeting with the Aaron Johnston, the owner of Johnston RV we discussed each problem in detail. Aaron was very customer focused and he was aggressive in solving each one of our concerns. He and his service team did an excellent job in handling what was overwhelming to us. Thanks to Aaron and his service team for all of the help.

They do not tell consumers about how labor is not covered during warranty and for any recalls on RV.I was told by manager he didn't even have to talk to me. I've been waiting for them to finish warranty work for 3 summers now They want me to pay 250 for them to come and finish. AND THEY want me to come in and file new paperwork. Manager in service very hostile. I will never get my job done They don't care once they sell you the RV.

Our sales person Ron was great. He took all the time we needed to answer our questions and gave us insight that we hadn't thought of. Very honest and straightforward. Mike, the finance director, took the time with us as well, to go over warranty options. However, we would have preferred this information at the time of the sale, as it raised our financing a bit. Our delivery person, Nick, and Service Manager, Dell, were also great and fixed our pre-delivery inspection concerns. Dell is very knowledgeable and personable. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, communicated with us well, and were helpful. Johnston is an honest dealer that looks out for their customers.

We just bought our first trailer here. Overall, we had a very good experience. Found what we wanted, got a good price, and picked it up within a week. Very friendly and accommodating staff at the dealership. The direction/follow up after our first visit could have been better, as well as internal staff communication regarding our preferences and a couple requests. That’s why I can’t give 5 stars. But these were minor annoyances and we are very happy with our unit and everything so far. No experience with service or parts department yet.

It's unfortunate that the dealership is completely unresponsive - I can't get my sales contact to return calls or emails. ? Have I done something wrong asking for pricing and information as to when a unit might arrive? It feels that way. Makes me sad to go out of state when they carry the model I'm interested in (although good prices can still be had when you're willing to drive a bit!)

I went in to go look at RV furniture, and there was 1 salesman. I asked about the comfort of the furniture, and he let me sit in one that was on the showroom floor (base model jayco travel trailer). When I asked if there was any better furniture (like in the upscale models outside) I was told they're "all the same". He told me to go talk to the guys in the back to get them unlocked so I could try out the furniture, and the guys in the back told me to go talk to the sales guy out front. I was ready to drop a few thousand on furniture that day if I could have gone in the premium models outside, and if I liked the furniture.I'll be buying a new travel trailer soon so I can leave my fifth wheel permanently in a location.. and I'll just have to goto Meyers RV instead.

Completed work (winterizing motorhome) ahead of schedule. Completed other requested work at a very fair price. (Only downside, batteries were dead when picking up, needed them to jump to leave... recharged when home).
