I love them. Frank has been absolutely amazing with my car. They are always so polite and greeted with a smile. I don’t ever feel rushed or overwhelmed when I'm there. They always explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I definitely found a long-time mechanic I can trust and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Always get a second opinion! Always get a second opinion!I was a little suspect when, after spending less than 10 minutes looking at my vehicle, they came up with a $1786 estimate. Took it elsewhere: $300, done. And I did not need to replace ANY of the expensive parts International said were the culprits! The place who did the $300 fix actually showed me, under the car, that the defective parts were in a whole different area than International cited. International completely missed the problem. So If I had let them do the $1786 job, the problem would have persisted. And I imagine they would have given me some line of bullshit--then slapped me with another additional expensive estimate. Never again.

So I went there with a brake line issue. He tells me all four are rotted out and I will need four brand new lines. Couple month later I am doing my brakes and rotors and my mechanic buddy points out that they only replaced a small potion of the line instead of the four lines like was said over the phone. Sadly I did not check the work order and they did not state they replaced all lines. So technically they just over charged me. I was charged $427.50 for labor and $80 for parts for the a 6 to 8 inch section of brake line. When I confronted them they said "sure we can put it on the lift and check it out". When they did they tried to play me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I called other shops to get a quote on 4 new brake lines and they told me it shouldn't be more then $600. When I went to the shop and inevitably told him he got caught, he told me "get the f*** out of my shop and never come back". I didn't raise my voice or swear and he acted like a child. Frank this is not how business is done. You gained a little for a loss of a life's worth of business and hopefully more. Edit: After getting a couple of quotes from some other shops it looks like he over charged ~$300 or more. Both quotes for the work that was done by frank were under $200.
