I normally would tell anyone to get their taxes done H&R block but now I’m never using them again. I paid them an outrageous amount to do my taxes just for them to make a mistake and completely disappear when I tried to get them to rectify it. Taxes were due on Monday and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone at this office and they are CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. Must be nice.

People at the Webster location are very kind and very knowledgeable. Things are done pretty quickly as long as you have all the info you need

The cost is completely outrageous, especially for an experience that isn't personalized or special in anyway. $327 for a return which is more then what I owed for federal and state COMBINED. $327 for an hour of work is outrageous. If your thinking about using H&R Block THINK AGAIN.

My dad went to the Webster location yesterday on 4/13 for his initial appointment to drop off his paperwork. He had a coupon for $25 off and was told to leave the code and it would be honored at the appropriate time. He returned today when they were done doing the taxes to pay his bill and they refused to honor the coupon because it expired yesterday. Which seems ridiculous in itself considering the process was started yesterday. Not only is that what the coupon says to do but the women said they'd honor it. Also all the employees ganged up on him when he asked why the weren't honoring it and made him feel very uncomfortable. Companies think they can say one thing and do another. It's really unfortunate. I would go someplace else to get your taxes done. This place doesn't feel safe with their lies and hostility.

Michael was very thorough and professional and helped me through the entire process, answering all my questions. He also explained things in detail, so it was easy to understand.

Went in and asked for dependent release form, she said she doesn't have one, I asked if she could print it....no were so busy. Lol yea 1 minute sure is a killer. Just lost a customer ✌
