Long term customer added 2 addl units, when I noticed my pricing is different on exact same size I asked can you please fix this. Patty says I will "do you a favor and reduce and bring down only 2 of them. 3 days later I go online and still not updated. I will have to see what is billed or call again! I also questioned why are you not offering 1st month free like I originally received, she says they are busy and move if I have to! WOW! Really this is how you talk to a good customer? Webster area has many offering 1st month free and lower monthly rates so maybe you should appreciate you're customers!I asked to speak with the owner Patty said he is in Florida for the next few months and can not be reached. If any one has the owner information please share, if they have same poor customer communication as this employee I will move!If you do not need customers then close your doors, or better yet keeping having rude employees and it will happen naturally!

If you pay by the year, WATCH the book keeping here or you'll be giving them a month every year. If your renew date is one month, it should be the same date & month each year! NOT the month BEFORE.
