Scamming fees after returned rental when place was closed on Thanksgiving! I am a widow who has never smoked a day in my life! Yet there is a charge for $200 on my receipt that says "outside washing $200" I called and customer service says the notes say SMOKING lies lies and more lies! Ive rented from Hertz 5 times this year and because I don't smoke and I am by myself 24 7 I was never charged any smoking fees because I DONT SMOKE! Also why would the charge be called "outside washing" I called customer service they said smoking is in the notes and "for billing purposes" they called it "outside washing" oh so lying is for billing purposes?? They know how awful the phone support is so they added smoking so that customer service will insist this is correct and its impossible for those people to return the money! Had to return car on thanksgiving when it was closed so what a perfect time to go behind my back hoping I won't catch that $200 fee! Customer service is a joke 3rd world country puppets for corporate America! Do not rent from Hertz! There is a 2nd issue but with the Irondequoit location -double charging me on 2 cards 1 without my knowledge or permission and the other has been pending for 3 weeks and no resolution for this either! Get it together Hertz!!!I will NEVER rent with Hertz again! Never!

I had such a wonderful experience with Hertz, Webster office! My car was in for repairs and I needed to rent a car. The process from beginning to end was a breeze! All info was given up front, I walked away with paperwork in hand and a car a could trust. Plus I found their staff to be welcoming and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services! Great job everyone!

I went to this place money ready as well as all paperwork ready as i needed to buy a new car yester immediately fell in love with a truck ...went through all the processing got my approval from the bank immediately...seemed like such an easy buy i felt sooo good about it...unfortunately thats where it all stopped the car was supposed to be ready for me to pick up i was given a date by the sales rep here we are days later and im still waiting ....everytime i call im promised a call back that of course i never receive ...granted there is a lot going on but why continuously schedule ppl to come in and purchase more cars if the work load is already too much .... i went to joseph sage and the car couldve been driven off the lot the same day but i felt better about hertz...that lasted a very short time...back to square one i will not spend my money where its clearly unwanted.

People are nice and friendly but it's clear many of them smoke. The place smells like some back alley bar and it was difficult for me to breathe when I walked in one day.

This no the first time we bough a car from hertz. Good services and customer is amazing Lee is a good car sales men. He honor his word. No issues took a extra day cuz we had a long weekend but no complaints. I will recommend to go to hertz wen you want to get a vehicle good prices for the vehicles I know the cars look dirty en you go to look but by the time the deliveries the car is super clean. ??

The office looked weird and smells, there is/are a smoker in the group and that smells stays in office.The lady was nice and all, but the cars are not properly clean or described, we saw one that looked gorgeous online and honestly in person too, but inside was some dirty, which is ok when the car is used, but if in the car description will say "prior owner smoked in car" or "car some cigarette smell" I would not wate her and my time.
