West Herr was great. Under the personal circumstances they made getting repairs done easy. They went out of there way to make sure i had transportation home. They were responsive with any questions or concerns that i had. Will definitely deal with West Herr in the future.

Jose was great tracked down the car I wanted and then found me multiple options, also gave me the deal I wanted with the payment I wanted very satisfied with his service! Also want to say he could have mailed this in as I’m an employee but he gave the west herr customer service experience and I appreciate that the most!
