Anytime we come to this location we are greeted with a smile. The service is excellent and we never feel like we are being taken advantage of (like we always do at the dealerships). Rob is the absolute best. He is honest and also has a great sense of humor. We will definitely be back for all of our service needs.

If I could give them 0, I would. Called to ask for a quote for a specific job - the replacement of the return power steering hose. The guy whose name is Rob refused to give the quote for the specific job and said the car needs to be diagnosed. I brought the car. It took them 6 hours to diagnose something I already know (leaking return hose). But in the final quote they decided to include the replacement of the pressure hose and the rack and pinion, which I don’t need. Their explanation was that it may start to leak as well if it’s not replaced now. They refused to do only the return hose. Then maybe you’ll replace the whole car, just in case something will soon brake?
Finally they charged me 85 dollars for “diagnostics”. After I received the keys the interior was covered in oily mud. If you want to pay $85 to ruin your interior, it’s definitely the place to go.

Most places tend to keep the snide remarks about customers until after they're out the door, but this location is so committed to prompt service that they'll fire off a quip before you're even out of earshot.I only knew my vehicle made it there and service was completed because I called hours after it was towed to check in, and I only knew how much the repair cost (after they did it already) because I asked before being cordially hung up on. Good thing it was just a $25 patch.They get some stars because the product and quality of work is great for the price, but I'll send the tow truck to another Goodyear location the next time my tire decides to pick up a sharp object.

went for an inspection and they told me my right back break was metal-to-metal, but i just had the breaks replaced a few months ago. so we bring it home and put it on the lift, only to see that my breaks are totally fine. now i am out $20 and without an inspection sticker.

I have been going to Goodyear in Webster, NY for a few years and always have a pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable !! Highly recommend this location.

Don't come here unless you want to pay for their mistakes. 2017 legacy with less than 50k miles. Bought 4 new assurance tires and they charged $100 for a wheel stud they stripped. Never dealing with Goodyear anywhere, ever again.

Need 2 weeks to patch a tire. Suffice to say it was easy finding other local tire dealers who could do it in 1 day. Also, needed 4 new tires on my other car but since they couldn't help me, the other store will get my business.
