This place is not decent. The managers and most workers are just mean and not considerate. Prices are really high for items in horrible condition. :(

THEY ARE CLOSED in Webster as of March 2022, except apparently as a donation center. See attached photo.Would have been nice if they updated their Google Maps entry and/or their website (I checked both before driving from across town on my day off).

Found amazing treasures inside. Happy to see people's books, plays and other media items are given a second chance here. Amazing Staff! Willow in particular was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our visit. Highly recommend!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Engaging and able to relate to me. I liked the setup, but was disappointed atbthe higher prices on some things than may be found in a regular Goodwill location.

Manager was a jerk! They would give me a dvd because it didn't have a price tag on it when all the dvds are the same price. The manager was very rude and dismissive . Horrible customer service!

Donation drive through is convenient and made so that you don't even need to get out of your car. Bookstore is well organized, clerk was helpful and quite cheerful. Will definitely be returning!
