Initially my experience when buying my Tahoe at Garber was pleasant. The salesman was friendly and informative. I didn't feel pressured into buying the car. The issue has been with the finance department and this is why I leave the low score. When I purchased my Tahoe, I was talked into adding the 75,000 mile extended warranty. About 15 months after purchasing the car, I was involved in an accident and the vehicle was totaled, it had 32,000 miles on it (yes, we travel A LOT)...anyway, I was told that I would get a prorated refund for the warranty I bought since the policy would never be cashed in on. It's been 3 months and Garber's finance department has still not given me my refund and no one seems to know where the paperwork is. My insurance company took care of thousands of dollars for my loan payoff and cash due to me in less than 2 weeks, and it takes Garber 3 months+ to handle a $1000 refund check??? That doesn't seem right. Every time I contact them to follow up and check the status of things, I am told that they've had 3 different finance managers in there since I bought the car, and it seems to be "a bit of a puzzle".... not really my problem- Do better Garber, get yourself organized. I'd say the quality of the finance department there is lacking in effectiveness, big time!

Greg Hunt and Austin Keegan were the absolute BEST! I initially submitted an inquiry regarding a 2023 Suburban RST and it's availability; and Greg immediately sent a personalized video with my husband's name stating it was still on the lot. We got the ball rolling on a Saturday morning, and he walked me through everything with patience and clear communication. We scheduled to pick the vehicle up the following Saturday since the dealership was roughly 300+ miles away from us. This was my first experience buying a brand new vehicle, and we drove 5-ish hours from West Virginia just to finalize the sale because we were so impressed. While at the dealership, we were treated with respect by all of the personable staff we encountered. Austin took the time going over all of the features and made sure we were comfortable before we drove off the lot. I got a little too antsy and tried to rush through it, but Austin wanted to make sure all of the features worked so we didn't have issues after we left. We seriously can't wait to come back to get my husband's new truck later this year. The best part of all, we weren't even asked to write a review. (Businesses that pester me for reviews don't give me the warm and fuzzies.) I promise you won't be disappointed!

I recently bought a 2023 Chevy Equinox Premiere here. I did some research and looked around. Garber was the first to get back to me, quickest to set up time for me and I got the value for my trade-in that I expected as well as a great price on the car. My sales person was Adam Baumgartner, who took the time to show me the vehicle, the dealership and even got me set up for my first service appointment. I would totally recommend this dealership for those looking for a great deal on a vehicle.

Great Dealership. Jeff Knickerbocker is a wonderful Salesman. Very patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable on all products and services. Has helped us with several trucks and cars. He the also the "go to" guy for our son's family.
