Tianna needs to learn some customer service skills. I go to FedEx office as they usually can help me and assist me with maybe some issues I am having. This FedEx WAS AWFUL when I asked questions she just flat out told me no and I had to ask multiple times untie manager chimed in and gave a somewhat decent response…and provided no solutions.

I had a huge print project to get done, but the people at Webster FedEx made it an easy process! Tim, Tianna and Mike were all super helpful and friendly despite all my questions and asks to see pricing for different configurations. I would recommend this store for your copy, print and shipping needs.

We were thrilled to have the manager, Mike, help us. Unfortunately we had to return some equipment to Direct TV, ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING dealing with them, and Mike was incredibly resourceful and patient in helping us! He went the extra distance in trying to resolve the problem, thanks!

I bought the label online for my eBay selling. I calculated everything correctly, the weight, dimensions. I paid for the label through eBay platform, it was discounted (because eBay has contract with FedEx) around $15-17. But later in a couple months, when I checked my bill for this shipping, it was $34. As a result, they charged me double. I will never use the Fed Ex again and I don't recommend it.

Went here to get 300 prints of Gospel tracts done and the price plus service was great. Skip out on going to Staples on hard road and get your printing needs done here

I used the store several times to ship packages. And I've had nothing but positive experiences. The customer service representative are friendly and they've helped me choose which method to ship my packages. This is definitely a recommended place for shipping packages.

Mike is a manager?? He is arrogant and not helpful whatsoever! How do people like him, with no customer service skills, become a manager? I didn't have an account number so he told me there was nothing he could do. Very unapologetic. After reading other reviews, I'm guessing the criteria for getting a job at this Fedex office is having zero customer service skills.

The worst fed ex store in Rochester! The GM is rude, inconsiderate and doesn't care about business owners. I needed a quick hour turnaround on some copies and they couldn't even do that for me. First and last time I will try and use their services!

I regret having to give FED EX one star. I never received a package which FED EX says was delivered. The representative Bill claimed he would call me back and never did. I finally called him and he stated that the driver told him he delivered the package and that was the end of it. Bill did not tell me during the course of his investigation he had CLOSED the case already. I searched all over and did some extensive investigating. The company in Italy will no LONGER use them and they have had issues with FED EX. Beware this company provided no proof of delivery it was just a yes it was delivered. They are terrible.

Not the friendliest or helpful employee. Luckily I had a package to return that took little effort. The clerk next to us seemed much nicer and knowledgeable to me. I've only had limited visited to FedEx sites. Hope it stays that way. At least be pleasant to people who are nice to you.
