Tim, Tianna and Mike were all super helpful and friendly despite all my questions and asks to see pricing for different configurations. We were thrilled to have the manager, Mike, help us. Unfortunately we had to return some equipment to Direct TV, ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING dealing with them, and Mike was incredibly resourceful and patient in helping us! He went the extra distance in trying to resolve the problem, thanks!
