Absolutely the most ridiculous experience I had there. I ship out of this location each year during this week of December. I was the only person in there on this trip. The gentleman (Tim since 2017) was beyond condescending and unhelpful. I will be using UPS from here on out and making a longer drive to Baytowne plaza, which will be worth it! Hey Tim - if you are reading this, I found my receipts from last year, and you were most definitely wrong as you tried to tell me "FedEx policies since forever" (your words not mine). Also looking at moving our corporate accounts from FedEx and now to UPS as well.

Awful experience spent extra money to get the package to me from new york to cancun mexico told me it was going to there weds by 900pm didn't get to me till 1030am to late for my meeting called for some sort of compensation told me it wasn't there fault and basically had the attitude like whatever never use them again
