I'll tell you folks what I said on Yelp. I've been going to Puja and her husband for years - nearly three to be precise. I was actually just in her shop about twenty minutes ago. You won't find a nicer vape shop owner in the greater Rochester area. She's incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. If you're not happy with the service provided, she'll make it right for you. For the people bad-mouthing and moaning, did you ever even give them a chance? I doubt it. She'll bend over backward for you and all you can do is complain. Bottom line for this shop? If you're in Webster and you smoke this is the choice. No alternatives. She beats everyone else and it's not even close.

I've been going to Empire Vape for years now. Puja and her husband are absolutely amazing. She'll bend over backward to make sure you're satisfied. She's incredibly friendly, professional, and hospitable. The shop smells amazing and the service is incredible. Bottom line? If you're in Webster and you smoke you shouldn't be going anywhere else. It's been almost three years since the first time I walked in. Every single time has been a lovely experience.

Jay is the man! He helped us try and get a stuck/broken down stem out of our piece, he used a glass piece of his own and it ended up breaking. I offered to pay him for the glass that broke but he declined. Sells good products, and is willing to go out of his way to help and satisfy his customers!
