I recently visited this Chase Branch, and I have to say it was a very good experience (Just that waited little longer than usual to get the help I was hoping for). ! As soon as I walked inside I was greeted by the staff, which was very polite, took my name and told me to wait. After about 20 minutes got the help I came here for. Thanks for the help, so happy Chase is my Bank.

I'll give this 2 stars ONLY because the tellers are very friendly BUT the representatives are completely rude, misinformed, and discriminating. As a hardworking African American I walked into this building simply to ask for some service regarding a recent deposit. As soon as I was "greeted" by the representative she not only didn't want to help me but talked down to me as if I've never made a deposit nor been in a bank in my life! Ridiculous.

This bank is very customer oriented for business. Their app works well and they bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy. I recently had a fantastic experience with David Long. Appreciate his great service.
