I talked to Charlie at the car wash, who sent me to the front desk for the refund. Lisa, the customer service advisor, and Reed, the manager, were super helpful in getting my refund. I couldn't have been happier with all of the employees.”

“They have unicorn poop. Yes, it's childish, but the soap that's colored pink, blue, and yellow is back. Everyone loves a splash of color, except those who leave a window down. Newly redone this wash is great. Buy your wash online and save some $”
“Go car wash is way better than most washes around. Can't beat it with all of the locations they have. Some are better than others I will say. My experience in the past month with getting a new car and already having 2 vehicles on a plan the Webster location that just opened on Empire is great. I was in there 2 times this past week. Anthony & Maddy where very helpful and able to get it all straightened out for me. Great service! They also give a great bug spray there which is key this time of year.”
