I went there for the first time, I usually go to Henrietta but I was in Webster. Everything is more expensive, I thought I was going crazy but sure enough checked Henrietta and prices are different. Webster and Victor have price increases over Greece and Henrietta.

Went there to get something specific, something their web site said was "In Stock" It wasn't! This happens ALL the time! Store gets worse and worse!! Don't waste your money on a membership! Complete garbage chain!!!!

We went waiting 45 minutes for rotisserie and when we finally get one buy it we weighed it we find it was only 2.5 pounds seriously rip off went back and all gone !!!!

Webster, NY location is always out of the items we come there for. Management has no answers and don't seem to care. Employees are just putting in their time. Won't be renewing. Not worth their fee!?

BJ had a promotion for $10 loaded to your cart if you buy 3 items of a certain group. I bought 3 items on July 23, and the promotion stated on the food label that it would load on my card on August 1. I went shopping on August 9, and no $10 was loaded onto my BJs card. I talked with one of the assistant managers, a lady, and she explained that I had to use the $10 by August 7. They put that condition in the small print under the food label, so I did not see it. I am disappointed that BJs are using these greedy corporate tricks. Why would you put the management put an expiration date and just a week to utilize these $10. And secondly, why is this major condition of the offer in the small print? Greedy corporate tricks. I do not like it.

Great place to buy food in bulk. Prices have gone up slightly on some items. Friendly staff. Their deli meats are great and reasonably priced. New products to look at
