“Gem of a shop. We took our old Subaru to Klem's to see if the repairs needed were worth performing. They did a thorough job and were so professional. Their estimates were very fair, and I used to work at a shop myself. They kept talking to my fiance about keeping us safe (I was pregnant at the time) and were just all-around good guys. Today we were buying a Jeep and brought it to Klem's with our now 5-month-old daughter to have it checked over. We had called earlier and they remembered us, fit us in, even found a lift to put it up on rather than just run codes in the parking lot, were so sweet to our little girl -- and sent us away with a good feeling about buying our new family Jeep. We trust and highly recommend. Even if you're a distance, Klem's is worth the drive!”

I brought my SUV in because the transmission light was on and Dan was able to diagnose the problem immediately.
I brought in my car a few days later they ordered the part and a few hours later I was back on the road.

“Just bought our second car in the last month from Vision Nissan Webster and both experiences were nothing short of wonderful. Our salesperson Iryna Skorobohach was great, getting us all the information we needed, making sure both cars were available, and just making the entire time spent there extremely pleasant. Bobby McMullen, one of the sales managers, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, answering all of our questions patiently and thoughtfully, never brushing aside any of our concerns. Finally, Trenton Hill, the finance manager, made that aspect of our purchases easy and transparent, also answering every question and making sure we had all the information we needed. Both of our new (used) cars, a 2022 Infiniti QX50 and a 2023 Buick Encore GX, are great cars that were very well prepared by the staff. Unfortunately we won't be doing business with them for some time because we expect our cars to last, but we strongly encourage anyone looking for a new or used car to go to Vision Nissan of Webster. “I had my Nissan rogue towed in from Seneca Falls after a deer hit me dropped it off at Gerber collision at night then on Monday after contacting Geico they had an adjuster come in right away. They also hooked me up with a rental car grabber collision ordered parts and even gave me a new back hatch cover in my back of my car Did a great job a week and a half later Looks brand new Great customer service and contacted me every step of the way. Bob handled my work. I give them a 10 for timing and work ethics ya”

“I was there last night and needed a car battery tested. It needed to be replaced and the staff member that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was snowing/raining and freezing but he still replaced the battery. I would highly recommend this location. I forgot the gentleman's name but he works in the evening. Young guy.”
