“My 20 hr old fridge is making a buzzing sound, so I called for service. Props to them for first suggesting some things I could try, for free. When that didn’t work they sent a tech out next day, and he told me the most likely cause, and advised against fixing it. No charge for the visit.
I have to get a new fridge, but they tried as hard as they could not to take my money and provide good service. I’ll call them again for any other problems without hesitation.”

“That Ryan Becker review is garbage. The reason you shouldn't replace your own limit switch is because you may be just replacing a part that is the symptom, not the cause. I've seen seasoned technicians replace the same part over and over before they realize they were not looking at the whole system operation. In the case of a limit switch issue, I would be curious to know if he checked the static pressure or the gas valve input to verify proper flow of both air throughout the system, and combustible gas. Furthermore, I would check for obstructions with my camera as well as identify if the heat exchanger is damaged which could be allowing excess heat through the airway.But yeah, it's Johnstone's fault. New York is full of do it yourself handymen. No wonder the housing market here is terrible. Ryan, if you can't afford a professional, just say so next time.”

I went with a specific dishwasher in mind. Salesperson knew exactly the model and pointed me to the device. However, I wanted a (uncommon) lower version of that model. No problem, that one is there. What is the difference to the lower model number? Immediate answer without looking anything up. I opened the door, and, yes, that was the difference.
Total ice spent: 5 minutes plus paying. Zero annoyance from a salesperson that wants to pitch a more profitable model.
Will buy there again.”
