I recently visited this bowling alley with my family, and I must say, it was a disappointment from start to finish. Despite shelling out $200 for a two-hour session and arcade gift card, our experience was far from enjoyable.Firstly, the alley was so crowded that we could barely move, let alone enjoy our game. When we politely asked to move to a less congested lane, our request was flat out denied because apparently, it was already booked. It's understandable that business is booming, but the lack of flexibility was frustrating, to say the least.To add insult to injury, we couldn't even grab a decent meal during our visit. Despite it being a Saturday afternoon and having made a reservation for 1 o'clock, the kitchen was closed due to numerous parties and events.The only notable amenity provided was automatic bumpers for children, which a worker proudly mentioned cost a staggering $80,000. Frankly, as a customer, I couldn't care less about the cost of such amenities. What matters is the overall experience, which, unfortunately, fell far short of expectations.Overall, our experience was marred by overcrowding, inflexibility, and a lack of basic amenities. For the hefty price tag, one would expect better service and accommodations. Needless to say, we won't be returning anytime soon.

The layout is different from any bowling alleys I've ever been. There is no seating at the back of the alley. There are tables way back, which makes it hard to socialize. The food is normal horrible bowling alley food and expensive. It was extremely hot inside. Like they had the heat on 90. We bowled and had fun. Around $300 for 6 with food and no drinking....it was decent

A good place to bring your children on a weekend day or night. A good clean atmosphere to enjoy.Bowling, arcade area, and some good munchies and good burgers etc.Great staff members to greet you and your family and friends.

Went in with three people and asked for two games. The total was $71.... Walked out immediately. Do not recommend.

it use to be a lot better but too many trash and riff raff come here now... literally have ruined it for everyone. It would be a nice to bowl if not for the hood trash that comes to bowl.

My boys have been bowling in their 2 game youth leagues for about 6 months now. They've had a lot of fun! Food is good when we order (a little pricey but what bowling alley food isn't). The staff is always very nice ...especially Eric. He is extremely helpful and can problem solve any situation we have! Makes going weekly very easy. My husband and I are thinking of joining a league as well!
