We've been using A&J for several years. The staff is friendly and they know our names. They care about our medication concerns and questions. Most everything we need is in stock and can be filled within a few hours (sometimes within 20 minutes when we ask).

BEWARE OF THIS PHARMACY!!! The most unreliable pharmacy I have ever worked with. They make empty promises and when you call them they act like it is inconveniencing them. They have screwed up my meds more then 7 times. The last straw was this week when I was promised a month of meds and they only gave me a week. I was promised that they would always packed them for me but it only happened twice. They just sent them in bottles because I guess they were too lazy. When I specifically asked when I signed up with them for them to pack them for me. They never take accountability for their mistakes they always have to blame someone else it’s either the client or the client psychiatrist. No accountability for their actions. After this year I will be switching pharmacies. (Use them at your own risk)

The male that always answers the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Also, they still haven't delivered my medication and I'm almost out they told me I'm fine and I'll be fine blowing off the importance of getting my medication.

This pharmacy does not care about you or your situation (despite claims to the contrary on their website) I called in a script 3 days ago and only found out this morning that there was some issue preventing it from being filled. A phone call would have been nice, like any other pharmacy. Hearing the techs/pharmacists giggling in the back also sheds light onto their philosophy of “professionalism.†I will be switching to Wegmans ASAP. One more thing, half the reviews on here are fake. One is from Yuri? That dude is a pharmacist at A&J's. Stay far away from this questionable establishement.

Any other pharmacy is open on weekends (past two on Saturdays ), any other pharmacy calls me when my meds are ready to be picked up. Every other pharmacy actually had my meds on time and not split between carriers. If I could give less then a one star I would.
