Wonderful small town pharmacy. Very pleasant to do business with. Happy they are here in Wayland. My wife’s meds are always ready on time. Not open Sunday but I respect that for their staff. I wish they had a bigger selection of health care items like they did years ago but it’s understandable. Easy parking and in and out quickly.

Grateful for Quilans Medical for getting my prescription that I’ve been trying to get for my new CPAP machine within two days of a phone call from them to my doctors office. I have been trying to get it since August 2022 with no success from Dansville, Tri County. But, now the problem is this, the CPAP machine I have at home does not work, I have not had a good nights sleep in forever and now Quilans is telling me that I can’t come get my machine without going through a process of setting it up, which could take a long time to get someone there to do it. The girl on the phone was not understanding and she was a little bit rude and now I’m still without a working properly CPAP machine.

Very judgmental staff! If you’re not going to be open on a Sunday then you need to beable to get your scripts on Saturday. I called to pick up a prescription and was speaking with the pharmacist and Chris was in the background telling the pharmacist what to do they continue to treat people with disrespect. I understand our state has rules but no need to be disrespectful. I must transfer my medical needs elsewhere. This is the last time I will be disrespected by this staff. He must realize he is not the pharmacist and it’s pharmacists that knows when a prescription is due and can be filled not his. If he wants to be a pharmacist then go to med school. In regards to your response it has nothing to do with picking up anything early I had my wife come get my scripts I had 4 there and gave her 1 not even the ones I needed. My problem is more of how they treat customers that’s my complaint nothing about not getting anything early but clearly the way I am treated by your staff obviously you didn’t even address that part of my complaint. Any other time when my prescriptions are due on Sunday they fill it in Saturday why was this last time ANY DIFFERENT????

I’ve always had very pleasant experiences. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to still have a local pharmacy with people you can tell really care.

This is now the second time that I have been given noticed saying I have a past due bill that it's going to send a collection when I have never received any bill from Quinlan medical I have set it up to where it was taking money out from directly from my account every month and now all of a sudden I'm getting bills and calls saying I over $300 you guys need to really get your billing department straightened out because I am canceling you guys as of tomorrow

I've been dealing with the Utica, NY facility. My first time needing oxygen most of the day and night. They delivered a home oxygen concentrator which was fine but the small tanks for my day job would not last through the shift. So they came and took everything back and left me a semi-portable unit on wheels to use at home and take back and forth to work. Way too heavy for me to lift in and out of the car every day plus horribly noisy and the air coming out of it smells bad. Also useless at home because no one could possibly sleep with all the noises it makes sounding as though it's ready to explode! It's a piece of beat-up old junk. Some older, sicker folks would probably be stuck with junk like this but thank God I am still able to stand up for myself. They will be coming to take the unit back.

Was informed by therapy and secretary in Wayland and geneseo store that things they bring are always put together now they deliver a couple things for my husband and they say “we don’t put them together” and we normally don’t even deliver them (off the shelf products) that normally the customer picks them up , well when the customer can’t walk or drive there’s no way he’s gonna pick it up, and the manager Eric wasn’t at all helpful on any of this!!Just another company that just cares about making that money and could care less about the customer/ patientWon’t be dealing with these people again I’ll go elsewhere for any medical needs/supplies

They are very helpful with prescriptions, but what I love most of all is the "small hometown feel" and all the wonderful other fun items for sale. The staff was very polite and personable. Would recommend them to anyone.
