90% of the work was good. 80% of the customer service improved when my very white uncle came in. The 10% of the work that’s not good; happened when I paid for my own work to get done. Every time I went in alone there was ALWAYS another reason for me to make another appointment. And despite neglect or a mistake on their part they will not ever take accountability or accommodate for inconvenience. Thank you to the 20% at this shop for understanding America is growing and your little town won’t stay that small forever.

They repaired my wheel system serviced my vehicle for a reasonable price, and inspected it when they noticed it was due and I had forgot to ask. Great job as always.

Martin's saved the day! We were on the last leg of our three day trek back to downstate NY from nw WY, 'only' abt 350 miles remaining of abt 2200 - the Friday Debby rolled through. Bad gas caused all sorts of scary problems including loss of power, lots of beeping, and scrolling messages of doom. The AAA app gave us Martin's as a contact. Thankfully, we were able to make our way there. The good folks at Martin's got us in, checked us out, and sent us on our way in less than hour. At no charge. We are incredibly grateful.
