I went to WJ's looking for something for my son for his birthday. He attended Sayre and wanted some school inspired clothing. Tom at WJ's was wonderful. He did everything in his power to get me what I wanted. He gave me ideas for getting my merchandise and bringing to him for printing to save money. As a single Mommy i appreciated this!!!

This establishment will come crumbling down, and it is mostly rooted in a crippling lack of effective customer service. A horrible man tried to convince my friend that she did NOT want to utilize their services. The absence of propriety, kindness, and tact were exceptionally frustrating as a customer, and that is why I, as a participating member of society, must vehemently boycott this institution and all of its employees. Impolite attitudes turn away customers, and I will do my best to disparage this company and its services. If you're going to Waverly, you might as well go to Bigfoot's. They have much faster services and polite employees.
