Your driver on 81 South towing multiple cars 6/17/2024 2:27 pm decided he was in charge of the construction zone merge. He was a complete d-head blocking people from using both lanes to merge. Passive-aggressive unnecessary behavior. The most important thing is the reputation of your company and this guy made YOU look bad.

Charged me $200 to pull me 10 feet up onto the highway. I was like WHAT?. Then never gave me a receipt. I think I got scammed.

Would rather tow the vehicle myself than use this company. We had an accident in waverly. This company charged a RIDICULOUS amount for towing and storage till insurance could remove the vehicle. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. They took advantage of an already stressful situation, and made it worse.

Great experience! Came roughly 25-35min after I called. My hyundai key fob ran out of batteries and I locked them in my car ?It was cold out and I was worried they wouldn't show up for a while. Highly recommend ?
