I decided to use GEICO repair service when a driver backed into my parked van I initially was apprehensive but went ahead and man am I glad because not only was the staff friendly but sent me updates in the progress the initial finished date was later but only because parts didn't arrive on time ,when I picked up my van I was very please with all the repairs and they even washed my van kudos on the entire team and would highly recommend them to all of you. The work was relatively minor and appears to be fine. I wish to address their communication skills with customers. It is sorely lacking, plus they either have a problem with their phone system or just choose to ignore calls. I never got updates regarding the parts so I called multiple times, to no avail. I finally went there in person and was told "oh Kia is always slow". Maybe that's true, maybe not - but they never gave any updates. After my in-person visit it was still another couple of weeks with no contact. It was frustrating but I also found it particularly sad knowing what a great business this always was in the past.

The side door of the car was smash in from an accident. Huckles CarStar body shop repaired it like it was new. The office employees are kind beautiful and very professional. Totally recommend.

The driver’s side of my door was mangled bad. This lady back into it and I personally didn’t think it could be fixed. I bought it to Huckles and they went beyond my expectations. It didn’t take long for them to restore my door like new. They were nice and very professional. I felt comfortable and if I need them again I know they would be there for me. I strongly recommend them to anyone who strongly want a nice job done to their car. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Huckles!!?. Joanne Parker
